Course was easy to use and went over all aspects of what I needed to do. Would recommend to my friends about to become dads.
Other than going over the psychology of becoming a dad, this course has everything I needed to understand the process of birth and what my action steps should be in each phase.
Would recommend this course to my guy friends about to be dads for the first time or having another baby. Helped me make decisions to help my wife through the whole process from start to finish.
This wasn't my first baby but I didn't know there was so much for me to do in the birth process. I figured I would just be sitting around and watching my wife do it. After going through Partner Prep, I know all the ways that I can help. Would recommend this to my guy friends about to have a baby.
Last time my wife had a baby- we were in the hospital forever and had no idea how to do anything but what the doc said. After this course, and having a doula at our second birth, we were so much more prepared and didn't even need pain meds or other medication help through the process.
No! We provide you with as much information as possible to ensure that you are prepared for Birth. All you need to do is have a phone/computer/tablet in order to go through the course.
Yes. This course is designed for all types of birth with an entire section on what to expect from a C-section. Most of the course is designed for those attempting a vaginal birth but all information from the “Before Labor Starts” section, the “C-section) section, the “Post Birth” section and the Course Wrap Up sections will be helpful.
The course is around 2.5 hours broken up into sections. You can speed up the sections or slow them down to fit your learning speed. The course can also be accessed multiple times so you don’t have to complete it all in one round.
